Poly(ε-caprolactone)-Hydrazone(hyd)- poly(ethylene glycol)-BIOTIN,PCL-Hydrazone(hyd)-peg-Biotin from ruixi.Hydrazone bond has pH response effect. PCL was linked to hydrazone bond and PEG Biotin was coupled to form micelles with pH response. PH responsive polymer micelles can exist stably in normal tissue, but in the area of slightly acidic tumor tissue, the nucleus or shell of micelles undergo protonation or chemical reaction, which leads to the change of physical properties, the destruction of micelle structure, the rapid release of drugs from micelles to tumor tissue, and the better effect of killing cancer cells.
